《弑流年》主要讲述了唐朝安史之乱时期一段快意恩仇、相爱相杀的故事。一个复仇心切不择手段的女子，一个为护天下隐藏真相的暗谍，恍然间成了敌人，复仇的火焰撕扯着困顿的爱情走向漩涡，开始谱写出真爱的终局。

本剧为《狸猫书生》续作，讲述千年猫妖化身“王生”，穿越至M2025年清山大学图书馆，偶遇博士生陶然，误认其为挚友转世，携手追查陶然父母于M2005年遭遇的灭门惨案。两人穿梭时空、彼此隐瞒身份，真相层层揭晓，凶手竟是潜藏多年的日识刘万洲。王生为救陶然永留过去，最终以猫身悄然归来，只留下“未来见”的约定。超时空情感与命案交织，延续前作命运羁绊。

百乐门头牌陆花颜（杨紫艺 饰）为姐姐复仇而来，遇到来自异世界“无间”的李墨瞳（申浩男 饰），他为寻找让“无间”永存的法宝必须杀死人间歌女陆花颜，可意外发现她是他前世的爱人，爱恨纠葛相爱相杀就此开始。
